I’m not a fan of plot theories, I just like to enjoy the television show or movie “as is”. That’s how I think the director and writers wanted it to be, and that’s how I like people to interpret my work. There are underlying things we put into our scripts to evoke red herrings or allude to external ideas. But some times, for the most part, it’s all about the characters and their world – not what really happened in our lives. Sure scripts are based off our life events, but mainly they don’t intertwine with political or factual events (unless like Med Men is a period drama).
So apart from my detesting of fan theories, here is one I’m quite fond of: https://medium.com/sterling-cooper-draper-pryce/e96804523838
